After you sign up your Paysend account, your sending limit is 1,000 CAD per month.<\/p>\n
You have the option to submit an ID verification in your Profile - Limits menu to increase the limit to 10,000 CAD per month. It will be automatically renewed every month for as long as your ID is valid.<\/p>\n
You can further increase the monthly limit to up to 40,000 CAD once verify your source of funds. To do that, please answer the short questionnaire:
1\) your income type, name of your company where you are employed
2\) your average income per month
3\) the purpose of your Paysend transfers

To verify your identity, you will need to submit an identity document. The following documents are supported:<\/p>\n
The document must be valid for at least 1 month and not be damaged.<\/p>\n
For us to accept your document for verification, please make sure that:
the document is fully within the frame including edges and corners;
the photo is correctly exposed, there’s no glare, text and data must be clearly visible;
there are no foreign objects in the frame - do not cover parts of the document with your fingers or other objects;
if the document is double-sided please send pictures of both sides;

After you submit your document, it may take from several minutes to several hours to complete the verification.
