What should I do if a merchant does not provide me with goods or services?

In case a merchant hasn’t provided you with goods or services that you paid for with a Paysend card, please contact the merchant and request a refund to be issued to your card.

If you can’t contact the merchant, or you don’t receive a refund as requested, please contact our Customer Support team via online chat or by emailing help@paysend.com.

Make sure to provide a proof of payment, a description of purchased goods or services, the reason for the refund and a copy of the correspondence with the merchant (if applicable).
