Paysend does not charge a fee for:

- Opening a multi-currency account.
- Topping up a multi-currency account.
- Holding money in a multi-currency account.
- Exchanging money between currencies.
- Opening a virtual card.
- Using your Paysend card abroad (except for the standard ATM charges).
- Making transfers to other Paysend users with multi-currency accounts.

Fees are charged for the following services:

- Issue and delivery of a plastic Paysend card - 4.99 GBP or 5.99 EUR*, depending on your country of registration.
- Cash withdrawals over 200 GBP or 220 EUR* per month - 2% of the amount withdrawn.
- Money transfers to bank cards, bank accounts and digital wallets - standard applicable fee.
- Card payments made in a different currency than the one your Paysend card is linked to - 2% of the payment amount.

*Or equivalent amount in your base currency.
