How to activate my Paysend card?

The Paysend virtual card is activated immediately after opening if you have already confirmed your identity.
In order to activate a plastic Paysend card*:
- Open the Paysend app.
- Go to 'Cards'.
- Choose 'Plastic'.
- Press ‘Activate card’.
- Enter the last four digits of the card number and press ‘Continue’.
- Create your card PIN and press ‘Continue’.
- Select the currency account you want to use and link the card to it.
You can re-link your card to another existing currency account any time.
To activate offline payments, insert your plastic card into an ATM and check the balance or make a withdrawal.
*Plastic Paysend cards are no longer available to order, but we continue to service ordered plastic cards.
