How can I cancel a transfer to a bank account?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel a transfer to bank accounts sent to the following countries:

• European Economic Area
• UK
• US
• Canada
• Australia.

If you have made a SWIFT transfer or a transfer to a bank account from a country that is not mentioned above, please send us a request via chat or at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you with the issue.

📌 To speed things up, include the following in your request:

• the reason why you'd like to cancel the transfer
• the phone number you used to register (with country code)
• your first and last name
• your email address
• your transfer ID.
