To make sure your recipient can collect their cash pickup transfer quickly and without issues, please check the following details before sending.
Avoid delays or rejection at the cash pickup location:

The recipient’s full name must exactly match the name on their valid ID.

Some cash pickup locations may have additional ID requirements.
Transaction code information:

Once the transfer is processed, the transaction code will be sent to you via SMS.

Share this code with your recipient so they can collect the funds.
Didn’t receive the code?

Go to the Transfers section in your Paysend account.

Select the relevant transaction.

Click Notify beneficiary to generate and share the code.
The Notify beneficiary button usually appears within one business day after the transfer is registered in our system.
Where can the funds be collected?
Your recipient can collect the money from any of the following cash pickup partners in the Philippines:
Available at any branch: Asia United Bank, CIS Bayad Center, LBC Express, M Lhuillier, or Palawan Pawnshops.
Alternatively, funds can be collected at specific branches of: Cavite United Rural Bank, Cebuana Lhuillier, or Rural Bank of Angeles.
