How do I make a transfer from scratch?

When sending money through Paysend, you may find yourself in a situation where you want to make a transfer from scratch. For example, there's a mistake in the recipient details, or it's been a long time since you have made a transfer, or a Support agent recommended you to start over instead of repeating your previous transfer.

Here's what you'll need to do:

1. Log in to your Paysend app.
2. Press 'Send' to see your recipient list.
3. Find the recipient and swipe left to reveal the red cross button or simply hover over and click on it to remove them from the list.
4. Then start a new transfer as usual — you will be prompted to re-enter the recipient's details.
