Why does it say my transfer's complete when the money hasn't arrived yet?

Paysend transfers money instantly to the recipient's bank or wallet. The recipient's bank or wallet provider may then take up to 3 business days to transfer the funds. Please note that sending days, weekends, and public holidays do not count as business days.
