How do I confirm my email address?

When you sign up for Paysend using our app or website, we’ll send an email to the address you registered with. This email helps us confirm your registration and keep your account secure.

Didn’t confirm your email right away?

No problem — you can confirm it at any time using one of the options below:

1. Tap the bell icon next to the ‘Confirm your email’ notification in the app.

2. Go to ‘Profile’ → ‘Personal info’, then tap ‘Confirm’ under your email address.

We’ll send you another confirmation email. Simply open it and click the ‘Confirm email’ button to finish the process.
