If you paid twice but received only one product/service, let us know and include proof of the alternate payment method. This could be a receipt, a bank statement, a transfer confirmation, etc. The key is to show that the payment was made successfully through other means.

If the same card was charged twice, simply indicate which transaction is a duplicate and attach receipts for both charges (if available).
