To change your phone number via the app

• Open the app
• Go to Profile by clicking on the icon in the righthand corner
• Select Personal Information
• Click on the pencil icon in the righthand corner
• Enter the new phone number
• Confirm with the code sent via SMS

To change your phone number on the website:

• Log in to your account
• Go to Profile
• Select Personal Information
• Click on the pencil icon in the phone number line
• Enter your new phone number
• Confirm with the code sent via SMS

Ensure your new number:

• belongs to the same country as your old phone number
• is not linked to an existing account
