How can I track my transfer?

Over 95% of transactions are completed in under two minutes. Here’s how to view the status of your transfer and what each status means.

🔍 How to check the transfer status:

1.  Select the specific transfer.
2.  Click on ‘View status details’.

🚦Transfer statuses explained:

• Transfer Booked: Your transfer was created in our system.
• Payment Pending: We're waiting to receive your payment.
• Payment Received: Your payment was successful, and we're preparing to send money.
• Payment Processing: We've started sending the funds to the recipient.
• Money Sent: The funds have reached the recipient’s bank and are awaiting to be credited.
• Delivered: The recipient's bank confirmed the funds were deposited (some banks may take up to 3 business days to credit the money).
• Delivery Failed or Cancelled or Expired: Something interrupted the transfer process. Don't worry, your funds will be automatically refunded to you. Refunds typically take up to 3 business days.
