Transfers from bank accounts via Plaid

To send money from your bank account via Plaid, please follow these simple instructions:

1. Click on the 'Send' button in the 'Transfers' section.
2. Select the destination country and the desired receiving currency. Note that the available currencies depend on the specific corridor.
3. Select how you want the money to be received, which will vary depending on the sending and receiving countries.
4. Provide the necessary details of the person or organisation receiving the money.
5. Enter the amount you want to send (on the left) or the amount you want the recipient to receive (on the right).
6. Select 'Plaid' as the payment method.
7. Review the transfer details and press 'Confirm & Send'.
8. Select your bank from the list provided.
9. Confirm the payment in your banking application or on the bank's website.

Please note:

• If your bank is not listed, please select from the available options.
• It might take up to 3 business days for the payment through Plaid to be processed. Once the funds have been successfully transferred to our Paysend account, we will immediately forward them to the recipient.
• The time it takes for the funds to be credited to the recipient's bank account depends on the recipient's bank and can vary from a few minutes to up to 3 working days.

*Plaid option is available in the following countries: France, Ireland, Spain, and Italy.
