My recipient hasn't received the SMS notification for accepting a Paysend Libre transfer

Sometimes SMS messages can be delayed or fail to arrive due to mobile network issues, local carrier restrictions, or a temporary loss of signal.

Don’t worry — your recipient can still access the money. When they log in to the Paysend app (or register using the same phone number the transfer was sent to), they’ll see a notification confirming that the payment has arrived.

If you prefer, you can also resend the SMS message directly from the Paysend app. This ensures your recipient gets another chance to accept the international money transfer quickly and securely.
