How to verify my identity?

You will need to provide a valid identification document with your photo to verify your identity. The general list of accepted documents includes:

• international passport
• national ID card issued in the registration country
• driving license issued in the registration country
• biometric residence permit issued in the registration country.

Please note:

• Depending on the country of registration of your Paysend account, document requirements may vary.
• For some types of verification, a photo or video of your face might be required.
