'Failed' status
Your transfer couldn't be delivered due to the following reasons:
- The recipient's bank declined the transfer.
- The receiving limit was exceeded.
- A technical issue prevented delivery.
✅ What you can do:
You can try sending a transfer again, making sure the recipient is able to receive transfers. Alternatively, try a different delivery method.
We have already made a refund, and you should see the money in a few minutes. However, in rare cases, a refund can take up to 3 business days.
💼 What is a business day?
Business days are the days when banks are open for work, usually from Monday to Friday.
Weekends and public holidays don't count as business days.
