Financial Crime Specialist (day shifts)

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing written based queries
  • Making evidence-based decisions regarding blocking/unblocking of accounts and decisions regarding transactions;
  • Handling of customers’ requests and complaints
  • Communicating with other company's departments in order to resolve customers' requests;
  • Reviewing complaints within industry timelines and best practices.

What you’ll need to be successful in the role

  • Analytical mindset and logical thinkers, do well in this role
  • Advanced English level, articulate communication and tone of voice are imperative,
  • Working experience in fraud-monitoring or fincrime division in banks or financial service provider is strongly preferred;
  • Client oriented and friendly attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

Skills and competencies that will be beneficial for this role

  • SQL skills - ability to run request level queries;
  • Basic knowledge of Intrusion Preventions Systems (IPS) inc. terms and technologies of Mastercard, VISA.
