Customer Support Supervisor (Night shifts)

What you’ll be doing
- Support frontline CS teams to resolve customer issues (night shifts)
- Coach for performance and process adherence
- Monitor SLA's to ensure adherence to targets
- Raise issues and themes that are impacting our customers
- Deputise for Customer Support Manager
- Help ensure staffing levels meet requirements
What you’ll need to be successful in the role
- Good knowledge of Financial Services/FinTech/Paysend;
- Good analytical skills, able to interpret contact centre data;
- Fast learner - willing and able to pick up tasks and processes.
