How long will my refund take?

If the receiving bank or provider rejects the transfer, Paysend will immediately initiate a refund. However, the refund processing time depends very much on the payment method and the sender's bank.

Most people receive their refund within 1 business day.

Please note that it could take up to 3 business days to receive a refund. 

Holidays and weekends don't count as business days.
