My recipient says the transfer can’t be found

Sometimes a cash pickup transfer can be successfully sent from Paysend but still be processing on the recipient’s side. When this happens, the cash pickup branch might not be able to locate the transfer straight away.

If your recipient is told that the money can’t be found, don’t worry — the funds are safe. Please contact our Customer Support team, and we’ll check the status of the transfer and update you as soon as possible.
