Will I get the money back if my recipient doesn't accept my Paysend Libre transfer?

Yes — if your recipient doesn’t accept their first Paysend Libre payment within 14 days, the transfer will be automatically cancelled and the money will be returned to you.

The same applies if the recipient needs to verify their identity before receiving the transfer — for example, if it’s their second payment or the first one is over 150 USD (or equivalent). If they don’t complete verification within 14 days, the funds will also be automatically returned.

Once a recipient has already received a Paysend Libre payment and verified their ID, they won’t need to manually accept future payments. Their Paysend virtual Mastercard will be credited automatically each time you send money.
