How can I cancel a transfer to a wallet?

If your transfer to a wallet has already been completed or is still being processed, please get in touch with us so we can review your request and see how we can help.
You can contact us via chat in the app or by email at [email protected].
When sending your request, please include:
- a short explanation of why you’d like to cancel the transfer
- the phone number linked to your Paysend account (including country code)
- your first and last name
- your email address
- the transfer ID.
Once we receive your message, we’ll investigate your case and let you know if the transfer can be stopped.
