Why isn’t my promo code working?
If you’re seeing an error when applying a promo code, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
Code already used
Most promo codes can only be applied once.
Conditions not met
Some codes require a minimum transfer amount or are valid only for certain countries or currencies.
Not your code
The code might be linked to a different customer or account.
Code expired
The code is no longer valid because the promotion has ended.
What to do:
- Check if you’ve already used this code in a previous transfer.
- Make sure the code was sent to directly to you (not shared by a friend or online).
- Review the promo details: amount, recipient country and expiry date.
