🕒 My transfer is delayed. What do I do?
While most Paysend transfers are completed instantly, there are cases where a recipient's bank may take up to 3 business days. This is especially common during public holidays.
What you should do:
✅ No action needed: If your transfer is still processing or successful and it hasn't been 3 business days yet, there's no need to worry or take action. It's completely normal for some banks to take a bit longer to credit the funds.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
🔎 Check with the recipient’s bank: Your recipient can contact their bank to confirm the expected delivery time. Some banks may be holding funds for additional checks or processing.
💬 After 3 business days: You can contact Paysend Customer Support and we'll be happy to assist you with this.
💡Tips:
- Enable push or email notifications to stay informed about your transfer in real time.
- If a transfer fails, the funds will be automatically returned—no need to request a refund.
We're here to support you and will do our best to resolve any issues. Thanks for your patience!
