What's the role about

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Java/Kotlin Software Engineer with previous leadership experience to join our growing engineering team in Serbia. Besides working on developing our anti fraud monitoring system and implementing new architecture, you will have the opportunity to lead the team of experts in the field.

Our tech stack: Java 17, Kotlin, Reactor , Spring Boot, Apache Ignite, AWS, Kubernetes

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as a Lead Java/Kotlin Software Engineer and owns technical side of the project
• Leading the team by providing clear direction, coaching and mentoring
• Build open communication and effective working relationships within the team and external stakeholders
• Take part in the code review process
• Accountable for architectural decision-making within the project
• Operate as owner - offer ideas on how to enhance the product

What you’ll need to be successful in the role

• Deep knowledge of Java 17 / Kotlin
• Experience with  Spring / Spring Boot experience is a must
• Experience with leading a development team
• Strong management and communication skills
• Experience with Webflux / Reactor

• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with Apache Ignite
