What's the role about

  • To support the disputes with Visa, MC, UPI and other International payment systems


What you’ll be doing

  • Studying the business domain (fintech)
  • Development and support of internal documentation and knowledge base
  • Processing the incoming flow of tasks to the architectural office, communication with all stakeholders, requirements gathering


What you’ll need to be successful in the role

  •  Knowledge of Visa, MC and UPI dispute rules
  •  Experience with VROL, MC Claims Manager, CDRS
  •  Working experience in FinTech/Banking companies
  •  Fluent English

Would be a plus:

  •  Experience with SmartVista
  •  Experience with Jira
  •  Experience with SQL queries
