How can I cancel a transfer to a bank account?

Please note that it is not possible to cancel transfers to EEA, UK, US, Canadian (including through Interac) and Australian bank accounts.

If you have made a SWIFT transfer or a transfer to a bank account from a country that is not mentioned above, please send us a request via chat or at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you with the issue.

Please include the following in your request:

• detailed explanation/reason for the transfer cancellation
• the phone number you provided when you registered, with country code
• your first and last name
• your email address
• the ID number of the transfer in question.
