If you ordered something online, the delivery date has passed, and you still haven’t received your goods or services, contact the merchant and give them a few days to respond.

If you paid for a service that wasn’t provided, try contacting the merchant first to find out the reason and request a refund.

If the merchant doesn’t reply or refuses to issue a refund or otherwise resolve the problem, contact us. Make sure to tell us what you bought and where, the date the product or service was supposed to be delivered, and, if available, receipts/invoices/order confirmations from the merchant’s website and your communication with the merchant — even if the communication is just your unanswered message to them.
