If you're having trouble receiving your one-time passcode (OTP), try the steps below to get things back on track:
✅ Check your mobile connection
Make sure your phone has good signal and there are no issues with your mobile service provider.
🚫 Disable SMS blocking
Check if your phone has any SMS-blocking features or apps enabled that could be preventing incoming messages
📵 Avoid virtual (VOIP) numbers
VOIP or virtual numbers (like Google Voice) may not receive Paysend OTPs. Use a regular mobile number instead.

Wait and resend: Wait at least 45 seconds, then tap: Didn’t get the code? → Resend code.

If you're outside your home country, your mobile provider may block or delay messages. Contact them to confirm your SMS roaming is active.
