I couldn't confirm my transfer with 3DS (card transfers)

3D Secure (3DS) is an extra layer of protection designed to keep your online card payments safe.

After you press Confirm & Send, a 3DS page should appear where your bank asks you to enter a one-time code — usually sent by SMS.

This process is fully managed by your bank, not Paysend.

If you didn’t receive the 3DS code or the 3DS page didn’t open:

• Check that you have a stable mobile network signal.
• Make sure your phone number registered with your bank is correct and active.
• If the issue continues, contact your bank directly — they can help you complete the 3DS authorisation process.
