Why does my money transfer show as complete when the money hasn’t arrived yet?

When your Paysend transfer shows as complete, it means we’ve already sent the funds to the recipient’s bank or wallet provider. However, some banks and providers may take a little longer to make the money available.

In most cases, funds arrive instantly, but it can take up to 3 business days for the recipient’s bank to finish processing the transfer.

Keep in mind:

  • Weekends and public holidays don’t count as business days.
  • Processing times can vary depending on the recipient’s bank or wallet provider.

If it’s been more than 3 business days and the money still hasn’t arrived, we recommend contacting Customer Support so we can look into it for you.
