About the role:

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner - Schemes to join our team based in London! As part of the Business Development Department responsible for Networks and Partnership, you will have a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of fintech industry and implement your finance background and analytical skills by driving cost optimisation and informed decision-making. The role is hybrid and based in London.

Key Responsibilities: (Specific actions, tasks or areas of responsibility this role will oversee).

• Oversight and full understanding of partner funding and Payout cost 
• Proactively work to reduce cost of sales and increase commercial conditions 
• Support commercial negotiations for partner agreements and incentive contracts 
• Provide conduit between partnership and finance teams 

Required Skills/Competencies/Experiences: (Specific skills, traits and competencies necessary to be qualified for this role)

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration is preferred
• 2-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of Visa & Mastercard Pricing and its practical application
• Experience in either finance or commercial teams 
• Commercial Acumen
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Strong ability to document concepts and processes in a concise and clear manner
• Interest and intellectual curiosity in financial services industry
