How long will my refund take?

If your money transfer is rejected by the receiving bank or provider, Paysend will start the refund process right away. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment method and your bank.

In most cases, refunds arrive within 1 business day.

Refund timeframes

It may take up to 3 business days for your refund to reach your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. Please note that weekends and public holidays don’t count as business days.

• the phone number linked to your Paysend account (with country code)
