How to get verified?
Most verification procedures can be completed through the Paysend app. If your account needs to be verified, you will receive an in-app notification or email.
You will be able to start the verification procedure right away or postpone it by pressing 'Not now'. Once you are ready to submit the information, we will guide you through the process with on-screen instructions.
Please note that verification might interrupt your transfer-making process. The transfer will stay in draft form until verification is successful or the draft expires.
How do I start the verification procedure?
- Notification bell. Look out for the 'Verify your identity' notification at the top of the screen in the 'Transfers' tab. Press the notification to submit the necessary information.
- Transfer page. In the 'Transfers' tab, select the interrupted transfer. Press the 'Verify your identity' button to resume the verification.
If none of the options work for you or you were asked to provide additional data during the automated verification, you can contact us via online chat or by emailing [email protected].
What is a draft?
A draft is a pending transfer that was put on hold for verification purposes. Once your account is successfully verified, you can go back to the draft and resume the transfer or cancel it and start over. Please note that drafts are cancelled automatically within 14 days.
