To delete your account, send a request via chat or to [email protected]. In your request, please specify:

The phone number you provided when you signed up, with the country code;

• Your first and last name;
• Your email address;
• ID number, or the date and amount of your last transfer, deposit, purchase or cash withdrawal.

To close your account, your account balance must be zero:

• if you have money in your balance, spend or transfer it;
• If you have a negative balance, replenish the account;

Deleted accounts can't be restored.
