Cash pickups at Chedraui stores in Mexico
To receive a cash pickup in a Chedraui123 store, a recipient will be required to do the following:
1.
Visit one of the Chedraui stores
Transfers sent for a cash pickup in Chedraui could be received only in its stores.
Cash pickups are available Monday to Sunday between 8:00 to 22:00.
2.
Receive a Cartera Dinamica card
The card can be received and activated at the customer service areas of Chedraui stores.
To receive the card recipient will be required to submit a valid ID: their Voter Card or Passport.
3.
Present the transaction code
It will be available for sharing with the recipient once the transfer is sent.
The recipient will need to contact the Cartera Dinamica call center at (01-55) 1103-1200 and provide the code to deposit the transfer.
4.
Withdraw the cash
Once the card is activated and the transfer is deposited, the recipient will be able to withdraw the cash simply by going to any cashier at any Chedraui store.
