If you’re having an issue with your cash pickup transfer, don’t share the secret code with your recipient. Once a code is used, the funds can no longer be canceled.

You can cancel your money transfer within 30 minutes of sending it – as long as the funds haven’t already been picked up:

1. Log in to your Paysend account and select the relevant transfer.
2. Tap ‘Cancel transfer’ and confirm by pressing ‘Cancel and refund’.

Once canceled, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
