To make sure your recipient can collect their cash pickup transfer quickly and without issues, please check the following details before sending.

Avoid delays or rejection at the cash pickup location:

• The recipient’s full name must match the name on their valid ID exactly.
• To pick up the money, your recipient will need to provide:
  • a valid government-issued ID
  • a transaction code
  • the sender's (your) name
  • the transfer amount.

Transaction code information:

• Once the transfer is processed, the transaction code will be generated in your Paysend account and sent to you via SMS.
• Share this code with your recipient so they can collect the funds.

Didn’t receive the code?

1. Log in to your Paysend account.
2. Select the relevant transfer.
3. Press 'Notify your recipient' to generate and share the code.

The 'Notify your recipient' button usually appears within 1 business day after the payment is processed.
