Document format

The optimal document format is PDF, but we can also accept photos of printed documents. Either way, the document must be the original generated by a bank or other official institution.

Document type

Please make sure that the PDF contains all the document pages or take photos of each page if your document has more than one page.

Validity

The document must belong to you and cover the required period. The document must contain:

• your full name
• issue date or statement period
• other information needed for verification (full address, bank account number, Paysend transfers, etc.).

Not accepted

We do not accept screenshots or digital copies of website pages.
