Transfers in the Paysend system are processed instantly using our transfers network. However, it may take up to 3 business days for some receiving banks to credit the recipient’s account.
For an accurate time frame, please ask your recipient to confirm with their bank how much time it will take for them to credit your recipient’s account.
In the event of the 3 business day period ending without the recipient’s account being credited, please get in touch with us in real-time at paysend.com, or email us on [email protected].
You’ll need to provide the following information:
- The Phone number associated with your Paysend
- The transaction number and the last four digits of your card number
We will resolve the issue as fast as we can, within regular business days. Please note that weekends, public holidays, and the transfer date are excluded from our regular business day..
