Head of Retention

What's the role about

We're looking for Head of Retention to lead our efforts on retention and  reactivation of existing customers, onboarding new customers and communicating new features.

What you’ll be doing

  • Launch of trigger campaigns and automated marketing campaigns in different channels: email, push, sms, inApp, inWeb and so on
  • Day to day analysis of campaigns and calculating costs and ROI for promo campaigns, handling and approving budgets with executive leadership
  • Managing a team of CRM and Content managers
  • Cooperation with other departments in bringing your initiatives to life
  • Ensuring that the Team has everything it needs to perform at its maximum level

What you’ll need to be successful in the role

  • Solid experience in digital marketing, customer retention and CRM systems
  • Experience with fintech products
  • Ability to extract insights from trends, funnels, cohorts, survey results and other means of data representation
  • Analytical mindset and knowledge (or desire to get familiar with) of how data is moved across platforms
  • English: intermediate or higher 
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and business etiquette
