How to respond to a money request
After receiving a money request through Paysend you will need to sign up to access your money. If you are already signed up you can simply log in.
When you've signed up or logged in, you will see a pop-up message on the top of the screen reading: “You have received a money request”. Another way to see a request is to go to the main screen with your transaction history. All available requests will be shown at the top of the list of transactions. To respond to a request, simply click on it.
The request will open and you will see all details of the request, including the amount, the currency, who has sent it, the purpose of the request and its expiry date.
If you want to pay this request, select “Send Money” and follow the instructions. You will need to add your card or use a previously used card so we can process your transfer. Please note that the process is safe and secure throughout.
