Transfers in the Paysend system are processed instantly using our transfers network. However, it may take up to 3 working days for some receiving banks to credit the recipient’s account.
For an accurate timeframe, please ask your recipient to confirm with their bank how much time it will take for them to credit your recipient’s account.
In the event of the 3 working-day period ending without the recipient’s account being credited, please get in touch with us in real-time at paysend.com, or email us on [email protected] You'll need the following information: the phone number associated with your Paysend account in its international format (with the country code), the transfer number, and the last four digits of your card number.
We will resolve the issue as fast as we can. Please note that weekends, public holidays, and the transfer date are excluded from the 3-day period.
