I sent the wrong transfer amount
Once a transfer is confirmed, it's not possible to change the amount or cancel it in most cases.

Manual Bank Transfer (the UK or EEA)
If you're using Manual Bank Transfer and entered the wrong amount, here's what happens:
✔️ If you haven't sent the funds yet:
- Go to 'Transfers' and select the relevant transfer.
- Tap 'Help & More' and choose 'Cancel transfer'.
📌 If you have already sent the incorrect amount:
- The transfer will be declined automatically after 3 business days.
- Once the status is updated, the funds will be returned to your bank account.
- Typically, it takes up to 3 business days.
