You can use Paysend Libre to send payments as soon as you sign up to Paysend.
Without verifying your ID you can send up to three payments, up to a total of USD 500, in a three-month period. After we’ve verified your ID, you can send up to 100 payments, up to USD 1,000 each and up to a total of USD 15,000, in a three-month period.
