For a seamless cash pickup experience via Uniteller, please follow these simple instructions below:

- Click on the 'Send' button in the 'Transfers' section
- Select the destination country (note that the available crediting currencies vary based on the selected corridor)
- Select 'Cash pickup' as a delivery method
- Choose a pick-up branch/location and indicate recipient’s mobile number, name, surname (should be as in the recipient’s ID), and residential address
- Enter the amount you want to send (on the left) or the amount the recipient is to receive (on the right).
- Select the payment method
- Review the transaction details and click 'Confirm & Send'

Transaction code info:
- Once the transfer is ready for pickup, a unique transaction code will be displayed under the 'Notify Beneficiary' button. The code should also be sent in an SMS.

To collect the funds recipient would need to provide:
- Identity document;
- A unique transaction code;
- The name of the sender;
- Specify the amount of the transaction.
