How to increase your Paysend limits
If you are an existing Paysend customer, you can check your current transaction limits by logging in to your account. You can increase your limit by providing your ID/other supporting documents to our Customer Support service.
• Log in to your account
• Go to the “Profile” menu
• Select “Sending limit” to see your available sending limit
• If you wish to raise the limit, click “How to increase limit” and follow the instructions

*Please note that users registered under Russian & Kazakhstani phone numbers are not eligible for sending limit increases
