How to change my phone number?

Depending on your Paysend account specifications, you might have the option to edit your mobile phone number yourself.

🔄 To change it via the app:

1. Open the Paysend app.
2. Go to 'Profile' by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select 'Personal info'.
4. Click on the pencil icon ✏️ in the upper right corner.
5. Enter the new phone number.
6. Confirm with the code sent via SMS.

🌐 To change it on the website:

1. Log in to your Paysend account.
2. Go to 'Profile'.
3. Select 'Personal info'.
4. Click on the pencil icon next to your current phone number.
5. Enter your new phone number.
6. Confirm with the code sent via SMS.

⚠️ Your new number must:

• belong to the same country as your old phone number
• not be linked to another existing account.
