How do I close a Paysend card?

Please follow the instructions below to close a Paysend card:

1. Open the Paysend app.
2. Go to the ‘Cards’ section.
3. Choose a card.
4. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.
5. Press ‘Cancel card’.
6. Read the card cancellation terms and press 'Confirm & Cancel'.

Once you close the card, you won't be able to restore it. However, you will be able to open a new virtual Paysend card.

If you don't want to cancel the card without being able to restore it, you may choose the 'Freeze temporarily' option.
