What should my recipient do if their ID is expired?

To collect their money, your recipient must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. This is a strict requirement to keep both you and your money safe.

If your recipient’s ID has expired, they will need to use another form of ID (passport, driver's license etc). 

Note: For security reasons, Customer Support can only assist senders. If your recipient is unable to pick up the money, you will need to get in touch with us.
